At RGS Guildford Nanjing, foreign teachers are 100% delegated from the parent School in the UK, and 95% of them are British nationals. 100% of them are holders of the Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). All of them have extensive work experience in worldwide international schools.
Chinese teachers are those having rich work experience across China, especially in Nanjing famous schools, of which 15% are provincial and municipal subject leaders, and 20% are provincial and municipal famous teachers. 100% of them hold a master’s degree or above in teaching, and 90% graduate from “Project 985” and “Project 211” top Chinese universities and world-renowned universities.
